 Act 57 Agency Enrollment

As previously published, the timeframe for agencies to provide information to MPOETC for initial inclusion in the Act 57 database has closed.  This was necessary to allow time for the final testing of the database and enrollment of agencies who previously provided information.  Agencies who have not previously done so should follow the link below and provide the requested information.  These agencies will be contacted by MPOETC after the database is fully operational (no later than August 1, 2021) and will be added to the database at that time.

More information will be provided by the Commission as it becomes available.  See Act of July 14, 2020, P.L. 613, No. 57 (2020) and Title 44 Pa.C.S.A. Chapter 73 (2020).
